1. Truthful Representation

I certify that all information I am submitting (including my identity, relationship status, lifestyle, preferences, and personal history) is complete, accurate, and truthful. I understand that Soul Matchmaking relies on this information to determine potential compatibility with others. Any intentional misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in disqualification from the database or client services.

2. Participation is Voluntary & Not Guaranteed

I acknowledge that I am submitting this form voluntarily and of my own free will. I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance into the Soul Matchmaking database or active matchmaking services. Matchmaking is a selective and human-driven process, and Soul Matchmaking reserves the right to accept or decline any submission at its discretion.

3. Personal Responsibility & Accountability

I understand that Soul Matchmaking is a facilitator of introductions and connections and is not responsible for the behavior, compatibility, or conduct of any individuals I may be introduced to. I assume full responsibility for my actions, communications, and decisions before, during, or after any introduction or match arranged by Soul Matchmaking.

I understand that Soul Matchmaking does not conduct background checks on every individual in its network, and I accept full responsibility for taking my own precautions and using discretion when engaging with others. I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, safe, and lawful manner at all times.

4. No Guarantees or Promises

I acknowledge that while Soul Matchmaking will use its expertise and best efforts to support meaningful connections, no guarantees are made regarding matches, introductions, dating outcomes, relationships, or success in finding a long-term partner.

Matchmaking is a subjective and individualized process. I understand that compatibility is influenced by many unpredictable personal and emotional factors, and that Soul Matchmaking does not promise or warrant results.

5. Limitation of Liability

I agree to hold harmless and release Soul Matchmaking, its owner(s), employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to:

• The outcome of any match or introduction, including emotional distress, disappointment, or incompatibility

• Any disagreements, disputes, or incidents that may occur before, during, or after meeting a match

• Any physical, emotional, psychological, or financial harm I may experience as a result of participating in matchmaking services

• My reliance on advice, recommendations, or matchmaking decisions made by Soul Matchmaking or its representatives

This release applies to all services offered, including but not limited to: matchmaking, date coaching, profile audits, event participation, and all database submissions.

6. Confidentiality, Privacy & Data Use

I understand that my personal information will be stored securely and used exclusively for the internal purposes of matchmaking, coaching, and client services. Soul Matchmaking will never sell or publicly disclose personal data without my express consent.

I consent to the private sharing of my profile with vetted individuals and/or other matchmakers as part of the matchmaking process. I also understand that I may withdraw my consent or request removal from the database at any time by contacting Soul Matchmaking in writing.

7. Respectful Conduct & Discretion

I agree to treat all individuals I may be introduced to through Soul Matchmaking with respect, integrity, and discretion. I understand that this is a confidential and intentional community, and any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the database or termination of services.
